Wild Common Mezcal Ancestral Espadin follows the ancestral playbook: espadin agave roasted in underground pits, then distilled in traditional stills. The result is a small-batch mezcal at 47% ABV that carries genuine smoke without losing the sweetness of the cooked agave.
The 750 ml bottle pours with woodsmoke and roasted agave up front, followed by citrus brightness and a run of spice. An earthy finish closes it out, reflecting the artisanal methods and cultural roots behind the way this mezcal is made.
