Description
Straight off the still and into the bottle, Wiggly Bridge Distillery White Whisky skips the barrel entirely and arrives at 50% ABV in a 750 ml format. Without wood to soften it, the spirit leads with grain intensity and clear alcohol warmth, backed by subtle vanilla notes and a spicy finish.
This is whiskey in its most transparent state, showing the distillate rather than the cask. The high proof and grain-forward build suit drinkers who like an unaged pour neat, and it holds its shape in cocktails that need a strong, clean backbone.
