Description
Two houses with a mutual respect for terroir came together on this bottling. Widow Jane’s 10 Year bourbon spends an additional eight months resting in barrels that previously held Tequila Ocho, then goes into five-barrel batches. It leaves the rickhouse without chill filtration and is brought to 45.5% ABV with mineral water drawn from the Rosendale limestone mines in New York’s Hudson Valley. 750 ml.
The pour carries rich oak and dark fruit alongside bright spice, sun-kissed citrus, herbal depth and silky agave, pulling both traditions into one sip.
