Eighteen years in oak shape this straight rye from WhistlePig, bottled at 52.4% ABV in a 750 ml format. The double malt build gives the whiskey a broader frame than rye alone, pairing the grain’s peppery edge with a rounder, gently sweet character drawn from long barrel contact.
