Description
The Pacific Northwest’s Most Daring Single Barrel
Westward Whiskey has built its reputation on redefining what American whiskey can be, and the American HazMalt 9 Year Single Barrel is their boldest statement yet. Crafted in Portland, Oregon, this expression pushes the boundaries of malt whiskey with a hazelnuts-forward malt bill and nine years of patient aging — resulting in a whiskey that is unmistakably Westward and utterly singular.
Tasting Notes

- Palate: Rich and full at 140.53 proof — roasted nuts, dark toffee, stone fruit, and baking spice unfold with a satisfying warmth and remarkable complexity for a single barrel.
- Finish: Long and layered with lingering hazelnut, dark chocolate, and a gentle oakiness that fades into a clean, warming close.
