Full Proof is bottled at 114 proof, the same strength it entered the barrel. It is non-chill filtered, so it keeps its natural oils and flavor. It may turn a little cloudy when cold.
Expect vanilla, dark cherries and caramel on the nose. The palate balances caramel with toasted oak and a rich, full mouthfeel. Crème brûlée and chocolate linger on a long finish.
The standard Full Proof earned Double Gold at the 2024 Global Whiskey Challenge. It also took Double Gold at the North American Bourbon & Whiskey Competition that year. Gold medals came from the International Wine & Spirit Competition and Whiskies of the World. Add a Silver from the American Whiskey Masters.
Sip it neat first, then add a few drops of water or a large ice cube. Pair it with smoked brisket, aged cheddar or dark chocolate. It is for anyone who loves the wheated style at full strength.
