Our Waterproof Blended Malt Scotch Whisky is made using a blend of traditional oak and a generous amount of sherry casks. This results in a balanced and complex flavor profile that is influenced by the sherry, but not overpowering. Our goal is to provide a versatile and sophisticated whisky with a well-rounded age range, from the youngest drop to the oldest malt in the bottle. In order to accurately describe our product, we use five key descriptors: fruit, sweetness, sherry-influence, complexity, and balance. We are always open to hearing your thoughts on our whisky.
