Mesquite smoke is worked into this bourbon’s profile, giving the 750 ml bottle a savory edge that sits alongside the grain spirit’s usual sweetness. It’s bottled at 49% ABV. Underneath the smoke, familiar bourbon markers hold their place: vanilla, charred oak and a peppery warmth. The result is a southwestern take on the category, where regional wood smoke shapes the flavor rather than simply seasoning it.
