Bottled at 114 proof, W.L. Weller Full Proof is a wheated bourbon that has not been chill filtered, preserving its natural oils and flavors from distilling and aging. Its aroma is of vanilla, dark cherries and caramel, while the palate features notes of caramel and toasted oak. On the finish, crème brûlée and chocolate notes linger.
