Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format, Vuelo Del Aviador Grand Reserva Plata is an unaged blanco that keeps the agave front and center. The palate leads with fresh agave and citrus, moves through herbal notes, and closes with a touch of pepper over a clean character. Its smoothness makes it approachable on its own, where the pure flavor profile comes through clearly, while the same clarity gives margaritas and other tequila cocktails a solid base to build on.
