Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, Viva Mexico Blanco skips barrel time entirely, going from still to glass so the agave stays front and center. The nose and palate lead with fresh agave, lifted by citrus brightness and a thread of herbal character before a clean finish.
Unaged tequila is the style’s most straightforward expression, with no oak influence to shape or soften what the distillate brings. That makes it equally suited to mixing into cocktails or sipping neat, where the character of the base spirit does the talking.
