Bottled at 40% ABV in a full liter, Viva Agave Silver is a blanco tequila that skips barrel aging so the blue agave stays front and center. The pour opens on fresh agave, with citrus brightness and a thread of herbal character running underneath. The finish is clean and uncomplicated, which keeps it workable in margaritas and other cocktails while still reading as traditional tequila for anyone drinking it on its own merits.
