Part of Virginia Distilling’s Brewers Coalition series, this American Single Malt spends five years in ex-bourbon barrels before moving into casks that once held Hardywood Gingerbread Stout. The beer finish layers baking spice and molasses over the vanilla and oak drawn from the bourbon wood, while the palate stays bright and aromatic, with juniper, citrus peel, and gentle spice framed by floral undertones.
Bottled at 50% ABV in a 700 ml format, this limited edition expression brings together two Virginia craft traditions, whiskey making and brewing, in a single malt that carries the character of both.
