Description
Bottled at 46% ABV in a 750 ml format, Courage & Conviction Sherry Cask is an American whiskey taken through a period of maturation in sherry barrels. Those casks leave their mark clearly, layering dried fruit and warm spice over the whiskey’s underlying character rather than covering it up.
Oak and vanilla round out the profile, giving the sherry influence a frame to work within. It’s a look at what cask choice can contribute to American whiskey, where the barrel adds depth and detail to the spirit inside it.
