The Rose is a genuine ensemble of wine, coordinated by Madame Clicquot in 1818 when she mixed, for the first run through in Champagne history, a determination of the finest highly contrasting grapes. With this wine-production technique, comprising of mixing red wines and white wines, Madame Clicquot rehashed ros wine, splitting far from the other champagne houses whose ros wines were generally delivered by macerating dark grapes in dull juice.
