Description
Very Olde St Nick Faith + Conviction Rye Whiskey is a cask-strength rye bottled at 54% ABV in a 750 ml format. The high proof keeps the full range of rye spice and oak influence intact, giving the whiskey a robust, concentrated character.
The nose and palate lead with intense rye spice and clear oak presence, backed by peppery notes that carry through to a powerful finish. It is a straightforward, full-strength style built for drinkers who want the grain and the barrel front and center.
Suited to sipping neat or to cocktail use where a high-proof rye is called for.
