Description
Unbendt Unblended Straight Wheat Whiskey is a single-grain American whiskey bottled at 50% ABV in a 750 ml format. It is made without blending, so the wheat stands on its own from start to finish.
That approach concentrates the flavor, giving the whiskey a wheat-forward profile that reads differently from a typical bourbon or rye. The nose and palate run through wheat grain and honey, with vanilla and light spice behind them and a creamy texture carrying it all.
A straightforward, grain-driven pour from a distillery working outside the usual American whiskey categories.
