Bottled at 64% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, Two Stacks Irish Whiskey Cask Strength arrives with nothing held back. Skipping dilution keeps the whiskey’s flavor concentrated, with oak and spice up front, honey and chocolate underneath, and a warming intensity that runs through the finish. This is a bottling aimed at drinkers who want the spirit as it came from the cask. The high proof rewards close attention, and a small measure of water can be added to open the whiskey up.
