Description
Two Shores Gin was distilled in Los Angeles under the guidance of a 12th generation London distiller, pairing English gin technique with botanicals grown in California. Dragon fruit, prickly pear and pepper tree sit alongside the juniper, giving the 750 ml bottle at 43% ABV a contemporary profile rather than a strictly classic one.
The nose leads with fresh citrus and restrained juniper. On the palate, citrus zing meets peppery spice and an earthy sweetness, finishing long and layered. After three years of production, Two Shores Gin has closed its doors.
