Description
DISTILLER’S NOTES:
Our handcrafted bourbon is smooth, full-bodied, and rich with notes of caramel, toasted spice, and a hint of stone fruit on the finish. Inspired by a family legend involving an old Blackthorn cane and a batch nearly lost to time, it’s a tribute to craft, character, and resilience. Whether sipped neat or over ice, this bourbon carries just enough story to spark another round.
