Time in oak shapes this 750 ml agave spirit, bottled at 40% ABV. The barrel leaves its mark in notes of oak and vanilla, while cooked agave stays present underneath, joined by a subtle thread of spice. The palate is smooth, with the wood and agave sides of the spirit meeting rather than competing. It’s an agave spirit built on familiar raw material handled with a contemporary distilling approach, aimed at drinkers who like trying something outside the usual categories.
