Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format, Tumbleroot Blanco Rum skips the barrel entirely. What’s left is the spirit in its unaged state: fresh molasses on the nose, a thread of vanilla, and a bright character that carries through to a clean finish. Without wood to shape it, this white rum reads light and direct, showing the raw material behind rum production. It works where that unaged profile is meant to lead, including daiquiris, mojitos and other refreshing cocktails.
