The Tullibardine 500 Sherry Cask Finish is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 43% ABV in a 750 ml bottle. It is first matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in Oloroso Sherry and Pedro Ximenez casks. That double finish shapes the flavor: intense toffee apple and spice lead, with oatmeal through the middle and sweet dates lingering on the finish. A straightforward expression of sherry-cask influence over bourbon-barrel-aged Highland malt.
