North Coast Rye from Traverse City is made in small batches, with the bold grain character of rye guiding the whiskey from mash to glass. Fermentation, distillation and time in barrel are each handled with a hands-on approach, resulting in a spirit that balances spice against depth. Bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml format.
The pour leans into rye spice and cracked pepper, with oak and caramel filling in beneath and a touch of dried fruit around the edges. The finish is warming and carries the peppery note through. The North Coast name reflects the regional influence shaping how this whiskey develops.
