Description
Traverse City Barrel Proof Straight Bourbon Whiskey is bottled uncut and unfiltered at its natural barrel proof, 58.01% ABV, in a 750 ml bottle. Skipping dilution to a standard bottling strength keeps the whiskey at the strength it reached in the barrel.
The aroma and palate run through oak, vanilla and caramel, with rye spice, dark fruit and chocolate filling out the middle. The finish is warm and carries the full weight of the proof.
A bold, full-strength expression for drinkers who want the complexity built during aging presented without adjustment.
