Description
Trader Vic’s The Original Caribbean 151 Proof is an overproof Caribbean rum bottled at 75.5% ABV in a 750 ml format. The strength is the point: a spirit built to carry weight rather than sit quietly in the background.
The profile is intense rum through and through, with caramel, spice and a warming heat that follows. It is a rum made for cocktail applications that call for robust spirit character and the kind of historical authenticity tied to classic tiki traditions.
