Description
Bottled at 47% ABV, Town Branch Kentucky Straight Bourbon carries no age statement, though the barrels behind it average close to seven years of maturation. The result is a glass built on oak, caramel, and vanilla, with orchard and stone fruit running through it—apple, cherry, and dried apricots all step forward.
The recipe combines 72% corn, 15% rye, and 13% malted barley. It’s distilled in Lexington at the first new distillery constructed there since Prohibition, with limestone-filtered water drawn from the Town Branch of Elkhorn Creek, the waterway that once drove early industry in the region. 750 ml.
