(from a .46 ha parcel). A very pretty and ultra-fresh nose is comprised by its aromas of the essence of wild red berries, forest floor and a prominent dollop of herbal tea component. The heightened freshness continues onto the solidly dense medium-bodied flavors that also exude evident minerality on the attractively textured, balanced and lingering finale. I like this but I would point out that the herbal tea character displayed by the nose isn’t subtle and may be more than some readers prefer.
