Description
Bottled from a single cask, Barrel No 18437 comes from New Riff’s Kentucky distillery at its full barrel strength of 56.35% ABV in a 750 ml bottle. Because it is drawn from one barrel rather than blended, the whiskey reflects exactly how that cask matured, and it goes into the bottle without chill filtration.
The pour leans on caramel and vanilla, with oak, bourbon spice and a toasted grain note running through it. At this proof the flavors stay concentrated, making the bourbon suited to sipping neat or to cocktails built around a specific barrel pick.
