Description
Oak and Eden Wheat and Spire Bourbon Whiskey is a 750 ml bourbon bottled at 45% ABV. Its wheated mash bill builds a softer foundation, while the brand’s spire wood method continues the wood interaction inside the bottle.
On the palate, wheat softness leads into vanilla, with oak integration and a balanced sweetness carrying through. The in-bottle wood contact adds complexity to the maturation rather than relying on barrel time alone.
A contemporary take on bourbon maturation, made for drinkers looking for a modern expression with a gentler, rounded character.
