Bottled at 46% ABV, this Islay single malt from Top Shelf follows the peated tradition the island is known for. Twenty-five years in quality casks give it the depth that only long maturation brings. The profile moves through peat smoke and sea salt into iodine, with vanilla softening the edges and a complex run of spice underneath. A 750 ml bottle of layered, maritime-leaning Scotch.
