Description
Tommyrotter Napa Valley Heritance Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a 750 ml expression that brings California whiskey making together with heritance cask maturation. It meets traditional straight bourbon standards while carrying the sensibilities of a wine-country distilling approach.
The cask program draws on wine-influenced oak, reflecting the terroir and aging environment of Napa Valley. The result is a bourbon shaped as much by where it rested as by the grain it started from.
In the glass, wine influence and oak maturity lead, with fruit notes and a distinctly Californian character running through.
