Our process, similar to that used to make fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs, requires more skill and effort, but it’s well worth it. Tito’s is certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG). Some folks add a bit of mash back into the spirit after distillation, which could add gluten, but they don’t do that. 80 Proof
