Description
Tierra Sagrada Añejo is the mature expression in the range, bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format. The añejo classification calls for a minimum period of barrel maturation, and that time in wood shows in the tequila’s golden color and integrated oak influence.
The aging builds depth rather than covering the spirit. Aromas and flavors run to caramel, oak and vanilla, with agave sweetness underneath and a warm note of spice through the finish.
A rich, complex tequila with the weight and polish that come from proper barrel time.
