Description
The Whistler Irish Whiskey Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish is a triple distilled blend built from Irish malt and grain whiskeys. The triple distillation adds extra smoothness, while maturation across two cask types shapes the character of the whiskey.
Ex-bourbon barrels contribute sweet warmth, and the oloroso sherry casks bring the fruity tones associated with The Whistler. Bottled at 43% ABV in a 750 ml format.
- Aroma and palate: bergamot orange, mouth-coating nougat, a slight minerality, with a hint of coconut, banana and a brief pear note
