The Scarlet Ibis Trinidad Rum is a high-proof Caribbean rum bottled at 49% ABV in a 750 ml bottle. It draws on Trinidad’s distinctive approach to rum-making, delivering weight and depth rather than sweetness. The profile leads with molasses richness, joined by tropical spice, oak and dried fruit. A warming intensity carries through the finish, giving the rum its character and complexity. Built for sipping neat or for spirit-forward cocktails where the rum stays in the foreground.
