Description
This 750 ml blended Scotch whisky is built around single malt aged 9 to 12 years, joined by an organic single grain whisky that spent 21 years in bourbon barrels. A period in Madeira casks rounds out the blend, and the whisky goes into the bottle at 46% ABV with no chill filtration and no added coloring.
In the glass, fruity single malt character leads, backed by soft oak and a gentle sweetness that comes from the organic grain. The Madeira casks contribute a rounded richness and a quiet note of dried fruit through the finish.
