Description
The Producer Mezcal Artesanal Ensamble is an artisanal mezcal built from a blend of agave varieties. The ensamble approach brings several agave species together in one spirit, layering their characters rather than relying on a single plant.
Production follows traditional mezcal methods, with careful agave selection and roasting. The result is a 750 ml bottle at 40% ABV with noticeable flavor nuance for drinkers who look for authentic artisanal expressions.
On the nose and palate: smoke and roasted agave, complex mineral notes, herbal layers, and an earthy finish.
