Bottled straight from the barrel at 59% ABV, The Original Santa Fe Cask Strength Single Malt arrives uncut and unfiltered in a 750 ml bottle. Nothing is added or taken away after the cask, so the whiskey carries the full weight of its natural proof. The result is a layered American single malt built around peat smoke and oak, with dried fruit and spice filling out the palate. Its complexity and concentration suit drinkers who look for whisky at full strength.
