40 year old Chardonnay vines planted on Grey Marl, with oyster shells everywhere. 2 years elevage in old barrels.
Porta del Vento – Ishac 2013
13% Nero d’Avola from Sicily with rich aromas, barrel-aged for at least twelve months and now now many years in bottle.
Domaine de la Touraize – La Cabane 2020
Light Poulsard from Jura, called after the hut next to the vineyard where winemakers enjoy their lunch.
Subject to Change – Bang Bang Chardonnay 2018
Californian Chardonnay from Coastview Vineyard at 2400 feet elevation, foot crushed whole clusters, 8 months on the lees.
Didier Grappe – Traminer 2020
Easy-drinking fresh Savagnin from Jura with balanced acidity.
