Bottled at 44% ABV, this 750 ml gin from The National Distillery Company is built around botanicals that grow wild in Aotearoa. Juniper sets the base, followed by a lift of bright citrus and the herbal, bush-honey notes that come from New Zealand natives. The result is a Southern Hemisphere reading of classic gin: familiar in structure, distinct in flavour, with honeyed warmth carrying through to a dry finish. It holds its shape in a gin and tonic.
