Description
The Macallan James Bond 60th Anniversary Decade V marks the 2000s era of 007, created by Master Whisky Maker Kirsteen Campbell. The single malt is drawn from the Daniel Craig chapter of Bond — sophisticated, evolving and rooted in Scottish heritage.
The bottle carries artwork from Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace, reflecting the innovation and style of the decade. In the glass the whisky shows a Swiss gold colour, with a refined palate and considerable depth.
Tasting notes open on orange zest and fizzy sherbet with a lemon freshness, followed by gentle oak and subtle ginger spice. The palate deepens into dark chocolate, figs and baked apple tart with a drizzle of honey. Bottled at 43.7% ABV in 750 ml, this release is one of six in a collection honouring 60 years of Bond cinema.
