Description
Built for slow sipping, this blanco leads with green, earthy character drawn from the sun-warmed lowlands of Amatitán, Jalisco. Citrus arrives first on the palate before shifting toward cinnamon spice and vegetal depth, while a thread of minerality traces back to the region’s ancient volcanic soil. The finish carries a faint trace of sea salt from the coastline nearby.
At 40% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, it closes long, rich and elegant, with cinnamon and spice holding on. Pairings we like include mild panela cheese, earthy pistachios, or a bright citrusy ceviche.
