Matured in American oak, this blended Scotch whisky from The Gladstone Axe leads with oak and vanilla, followed by caramel and a quiet thread of spice. At 43% ABV, it stays even-tempered from first sip through the mellow, smooth finish. The 750 ml bottle holds a whisky built around balance rather than intensity, with the cask influence measured against easy drinkability. That makes it as workable in a mixed drink as it is on its own.
