Description
Four different grains go into the mash bill of this straight whiskey from The Block Distilling Co., each one contributing its own character to the finished spirit. Bottled at 50% ABV in a 750 ml format, it leans on the interplay between those grains rather than a single dominant cereal.
The result is a layered pour built around grain-forward flavors, caramel sweetness, a run of spice and a frame of oak. Traditional production methods sit behind it, applied with the kind of hands-on approach that defines craft distilling.
