Description
Half straight rye, half straight bourbon: that 50/50 blend is what defines The Beverly High Rye. The rye side brings spice and lift, while the bourbon half fills in with rounded, caramel-leaning depth. It’s bottled in small batches at 96 proof (48% ABV) in a 750 ml bottle.
The first impression is bright baking spice, which gives way to brown sugar, vanilla and nutmeg. Caramel and toffee carry the finish, which lands smooth, rich and velvety. It works neat, over ice, or as the base of a refined cocktail.
