Crushed with a traditional tahona stone, this 750 ml blanco from Tequila Viva Mexico goes into the bottle unaged at 48% ABV. The old-style milling method draws out the agave’s natural character, giving the spirit a clear, direct profile rooted in Jalisco tequila-making. Expect fresh agave up front, followed by citrus, peppery spice and a herbaceous thread running through the finish. It’s a straightforward expression of craft production, with nothing between the agave and the glass.
