Description
Tapatío Blanco 110 is bottled uncut at 55% ABV (110 proof) from 100% blue Weber agave, with no additives. The 750 ml bottle holds a blanco built around concentrated agave flavor.
The aroma and palate run intense with cooked agave, black pepper and citrus peel, followed by light smoke, baking spice and a note of apple. The finish is long and warming, carrying the heat and structure of the higher proof.
Made at the La Alteña distillery in the highlands of Jalisco using stone ovens, tahona-crushed agave and copper pot stills.
