The Negroni from Tanqueray’s ready-to-serve Cocktail Collection arrives already mixed, built on Tanqueray London Dry Gin. The aroma opens with orange zest, dried cherries and spicy coriander, while the palate carries red vermouth, juniper and amaro. A slightly bitter finish follows, with red berries, citrus peel and herbal botanicals rounding things out. The bottle needs nothing more than opening for a cocktail that sits between bitter and sweet. One 750 mL bottle at 24.9% alc./vol.
