Bottled at 53.9% ABV, this 14 year old single malt from Talisker arrives in a 750ml format as part of the distillery’s Special Release lineup. Fourteen years of maturation build depth around the volcanic, peppery core that runs through this Islay distillery’s core range. The palate moves through cracked black pepper and sea salt into woodsmoke, oak spice and a clear maritime thread. The higher strength carries those flavours with weight and holds the finish long.
